WHAT’S GOING DOWN – WATERCOLOUR PAINTING

I just liked the forms of the ducks and the gentle ripples on the water in this one. I had to go in with a stiff damp brush and do a bit of taking out on the water to make some sense of it.

P1020515(1)These ducks amused me, but really I was taken by the row of distant trees in the morning light which I got by splattering colour into a sprayed paper.
